NOTE: this applies only to larger installations.
Smaller installs typically move forward sooner.

11/13/18: The recent cold snap, along with the past few weeks of
inclement weather, has impacted our installation schedule.
Please be patient.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY FOR INSTALLATION THIS YEAR
Small installations are still being accepted and should proceed
this season. Larger installations are accepted only under
stipulation that the install may be delayed until next season. We
will continue to install until Winter's first significant snowfall or
until daytime temperatures remain below freezing for five
consecutive days; installations will then be suspended until next
season. This is for your benefit and in your best interest. Avoid
regrets, trust in our experience.

The most relevant message we can convey to a potential client? Do not
wait until the last minute to proceed with your planned fence installation.
During high season, adhering to our standard operating procedure, a full
installation can take weeks, even months, from estimate to completion. As
we approach seasons-end, please keep in mind that our installations end
with Winter's first significant snowfall. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD.

Don't set yourself up for regrets; settling for "second best" to
shave time off an install date may be a costly mistake, one you
will be forced to live with.  

To better understand how your installation will be scheduled:
Your fence installation starts with your contract authorization, signature and deposit.
Once received, the following obligations, as applicable, must be met, in this order,
before your installation will be placed into our active schedule:

1.)  Any required Building Permit must be paid and issued. (Lead time for Permit issue
varies by location, please consult your local building department);
2.) If necessary (and only after Permit issue), orders for “special-order” material will
be placed; all “special-order” material must then be received, delivered to our yard.
(Lead time for “special-order” material varies, please consult your estimator).

Once these terms are met, your installation will move to our active schedule. It will
then be expedited in the order that it was received into this active schedule. KNOW
THAT NO ONE WILL BE PLACED IN FRONT OF YOU; LIKEWISE, WE WILL NOT MAKE
ANOTHER CLIENT WAIT IN ORDER TO "BUMP" YOU UP IN OUR SYSTEM - PLEASE DO
NOT ASK. We have found this to be the fairest, most equitable model of operation,
most clients agree, we will not deviate from this.
